About me
Welcome to Fieldhouse, an interior design studio founded by Megan Albert after a transformative home renovation reignited her passion for furniture, interiors, and the way thoughtful design can shape everyday life. Drawing on a background in fine arts and a career in fashion, Megan brings a distinct perspective to each project, with a focus on color, texture, proportion, light, and the details that make a space feel both beautiful and personal.
At Fieldhouse, we look beyond aesthetics to understand your lifestyle, history, and the way you want your home to function and feel. Through a collaborative design process, we create spaces that reflect your individuality while supporting the rhythms of daily life.
We'd love to hear about your project. Get in touch to start the conversation.

Our Process
We believe a home should be a reflection of the people who live in it - personal, functional, and designed to evolve over time. The most successful spaces are those that support daily life with ease while expressing a sense of individuality and place. Through thoughtful consideration of light, proportion, color, texture, and materiality, we create interiors that feel layered, timeless, and deeply connected to their surroundings.
Every project begins with conversation. We take the time to understand how you live, what inspires you, and how you want your home to feel. Through an ongoing dialogue, we refine the vision, scope, and budget while sharing ideas, drawings, samples, and imagery to guide the design process.
Whether you need assistance selecting finishes for a single room or are embarking on a full-scale renovation and furnishing project, Fieldhouse provides as much support as needed. We enjoy working through the details - from architectural elements and material selections to furnishings, lighting, and styling - to create spaces that feel cohesive and considered. Our role is to bring clarity and expertise to the process, making what can often feel overwhelming both manageable and rewarding.
