Tiny Black House

This small but mighty weekend home in Bedford Village, NY, was ready for a refresh. The new owners wanted a cozy retreat from city life - a place to enjoy long weekends in the country. With a central double-sided fireplace, galley kitchen, and single main-floor bathroom, we had to creatively solve for storage, tub soaking, fireside reading, and entertaining-all within a compact footprint. Avid art collectors with a love of pink and a willingness to make bold choices made this project special and unique. The interiors showcase their lively mix of collected treasures and thoughtful nods to the home’s history.
